Monica Simeon (Spokane Tribe/Paquachin Band) strong communications background has fueled the marketing behind the success of Sister Sky natural care products. Her skills in research, marketing, brand management, and strategic planning is seen in the careful growth of Sister Sky as a whole. Monica focused her outreach to minority organizations for marketing of Sister Sky products and also served as Vice-President for AHANA (African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American Business Association) in Spokane. In addition to her marketing work, Monica has provided training and technical assistance services to numerous tribes and tribal enterprises in the development of work readiness skills, youth work readiness and life and culture skills, and healthy life and cultural enrichment skills. Monica is a certified trainer in ONABEN’s Indianpreneurship curriculum, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, and completed the Minority Business Executive Program, also at the University of Washington
