Mike Paul


Business Innovation and Design

Mike Paul is an innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience designing and leading innovation ecosystems, from core pipeline development to creating, staffing, and leading disruptive accelerator start-up teams.

He most recently served as Vice President of Disruptive Innovation at Campbell Soup Company, where he broke down process and cultural silos across the enterprise and reduced innovation cycle time by 50%.  Before that, Mike ran his own innovation consulting practice focused on consumer products, entertainment, and supplement sectors, as well as starting the early stage development of his own American Indian-based food company. He spent 16 year at General Mills, rising to Director of New Ventures and launching multiple successful new products exceeding $100MM in sales.

Mike holds a master of business administration (MBA) from Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts in business from Washington State University. A citizen of the Colville Confederated Tribes, he is very active in the American Indian community through his works with the American Indian Housing & Development Corporation and the American Indian College Fund.  He lives with his wife and son just outside of Philadelphia.
